The definition of 'recreational property' reads: A building that by its construction and/or layout is exclusively or primarily intended for habitation for recreational purposes, covering day and/or overnight stays of one or more persons, for a period between 1 April and 31 October of the same calendar year.

Ownership information and leasehold destination:
