Description

It doesn't get more central than this! This fantastic apartment of about 30 m2 is located on the Elandsgracht in the heart of the Jordaan, near the 9 Street area. The apartment is located on the first floor at the quiet backside of the building. The living/bedroom has an open kitchen and patio doors to the spacious and sunny terrace facing south. And last but not least, it is located on private land so no leasehold!

Description:
Via a communal entrance and staircase you reach the entrance of the apartment on the first floor. The house is located at the quiet rear of the building and is very bright due to its orientation to the south. The living/sleeping area has an open kitchen with combi oven, dishwasher, gas stove and fridge with freezer compartment. From the living area you can walk onto the sunny spacious terrace of 10 m2 through the patio doors. There is a possibility to close off the sleeping area from the living area by placing a wall or, for example, folding doors. Now the seller has placed the wardrobe in such a way that an almost walk-in closet has been created. There is also a cupboard with central heating boiler and washing machine connection. The bathroom is neatly finished and has a shower, toilet and washbasin. The entire house was renovated in 2011, which makes it look very neat. At that time, the foundation was also renewed.
