A very bright, well maintained, renovated apartment of approximately 41m2 located in the trendy district Oost! The apartment is on the fourth and top floor and has a spacious living area with modern open kitchen, an adjacent sleeping area which is easy to divide into a separate bedroom, and a neat bathroom.
Through the communal entrance and staircase you reach the apartment on the fourth and top floor. The apartment is completely renovated in 2014.
On the fourth floor is an enclosed communal hall for the 4 apartments on this floor. Through the private entrance of the apartment you enter the hallway. The modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. The sleeping area is currently in open connection with the living area, but it is easy to place a wall which creates a separate bedroom. From the entire room you have nice views over the roof towards the tower of the Gerardus Majella church. The renovated bathroom has a sink, toilet and a shower.
