Neighborhood
You won’t get bored easily in this neighborhood. The Oosterpark is a great place when the weather is nice and for snacks and drinks there is a huge choice: Bar Botanique, De Biertuin, Louie Louie, Café de Jeugd, Five Brothers Fat, Hotel Arena, Brouwerij ‘t IJ, etc.. In addition the Dappermarkt is literally around the corner and Javastraat is within walking distance.

Tram 1, 3 and 19, bus 37, 41, 245 and N87 have a stop on the Linnaeusstraat. Muiderpoort train station is also close by and the street falls under the Oost-2 parking permit area as far as parking is concerned.
